Ingredients Black Rock Whispering Wheat, 1kg Dry Wheat Malt, 15g crushed coriander seeds, 2 tablespoons of Orange peel (zest only)
Special Instructions Bring 2 Litres of water to the boil, add malt coriander & orange peel, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes then strain. Continue brewing as normal.
